Nice Car Wash (Great Lakes Express Car Wash Alpha LLC dba Nice Car Wash), 1450 West 12th St, Erie, PA 16501.

What we collect: your name, mobile phone number, and account details you provide when you sign up for or manage an unlimited wash account; the phone number you enter to claim a free wash; and what you send us on our job interest form.

Review QR codes: when you scan the QR code on a team member’s pin, we record the time, which pin, your IP address, phone and browser type, language, screen size and time zone, and set one cookie so we can recognize repeat scans. We keep these records 400 days. We do not collect your location or contacts. Everyone who scans is sent to the same Google review page.

Member notice pages: When we send you a private link about your NicePASS membership, that page records when it is opened, how long it stays open, and which buttons are tapped, along with the device type and a scrambled version of the network address. We use this only to follow up with you and to keep a record that you were notified. We keep it for up to 400 days. The page uses no cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.

Our website and lot: our website uses Google Analytics cookies to see how the site is used. Our lot has cameras for quality assurance; recordings can include license plates, vehicles and people.

How we use it: to operate your membership and provide support, issue free washes, consider job applicants, keep our team review rewards fair, and run our car wash.

Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party or affiliate for marketing. Information is shared only with service providers that operate our membership, website, camera and hiring systems, and as required by law.
